That's nonsensical, Bowden has his own style of doing things, and personally I think it's quite fresh and invigorating to see an umpire enjoying his officiating and bringing something to the game. You can think he's merely TV hogging, you're entitled to your own opinion, but it doesn't change the fact that Billy is one of THE top three umpires in the world with Aleem Dar and Simon Taufell, without doubt!!! So comment on his actions, but he's a damn good umpire.
