I order for almost 4 years from DX and never had such problems.
Once 2 of the 3 LED lichtbulbs were broken on arrival, after contact with DX they send me prompt 2 new LED Lights and I could keep the 2 with broken glass.
(and without the glass they still work fine)

BE CAREFUL !
ATTENTION FOR EVERY BODY...
if you buy something from dx, u will not be able to get the item YOU BOUGHT... it is happend to me...
my parcel did not delivered... i wrote my complaint them... but nothing has happened...
no voice from dx... i charged as well...
