okay first of all Anarchy dos bring peace and Order. Anarchy is like rebellion. In fact America was founded on it. Also many governments are founded on anarchy. Anarchy is like the peoples true voice when the government no longer protect and voice there people. When governments become greedy and corrupt all the people have to turn to is Anarchy. So in actual fact anrachy does BRING peace although anarchy can easily bring huge wars as well.
