from what i can see is rear tire locked probably due to engine breaking power when lowering his gear.Thats what caused the skid and causing bike to align with the road sideways. The perpendicular alignment of the bike caused devastating twist ejecting him from his bike. This is due to the lack of technology applied to bikes at the time of that race. To Every action there will be an equal but opposite reaction unless acted upon by an external force.

from what i can see is rear tire locked probably due to engine breaking power when lowering his gear.Thats what caused the skid and causing bike to align with the road sideways. The perpendicular alignment of the bike caused devastating twist ejecting him from his bike. This is due to the lack of technology applied to bikes at the time of that race. To Every action there will be an equal but opposite reaction unless acted upon by an external force.
