@ornitorrinco01 Because he's using local ingredients, primarily Southern, to approximate the import. If you were really paying attention you'd know that.
@barnzvideoz I did pay attention to the video, albeit a year ago when I watched it. Regardless of the fact that he is using Southern Ingredients or not, the fact is that coca cola is cheap, mass produced sugary rubbish; only a moron would use it on fresh produce in lieu of a high quality balsamic vinegar. Seriously, who cooks with coca cola? No wonder there are diabetes and obesity at epidemic levels.

Do you think this can work with Coke Zero by chance? Just wondering but I think it won't seeing there's not sugar in it where as regular coke dose. Your right they look the same too. :) I haven't tried it so I can't say I hate it or like it but oddly sounds good. :)
i tried this. it rocks. like the old adage says,," dont knock it unless you have tried it" so i did. it was awesome!

You can never compare coca cola with a good balsamic vinegar. What a joke.

I don't understand why you would use boiled down coca cola when you have a $125 bottle of good balsamic vinegar right there next to you.
