I can tell myself all day "is this getting me closer to my goal or preventing me from it" Answer would be "Preventing it" BUT I DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. The real question is how to follow through with it, if something is preventing me from completing my task, how so I put down the remote, and do what I need to do?
