actually, seal of command is used in 3's....for a melee cleave team, it has a lot of splash damage and puts pressure on a healer and does a lot of burst which is what ret paladin pvp is all about so stfu or learn your shit

when your fighting someone 1v1, face to face... no, don't use judgment if you have 100% mana.. start with crusader strike or divine storm first. but its different if your trying to catch up to someone and aren't in melee range. also use judgment first when the person is mounted so they cant get away.

Because anybody using the PvP libram will Crusader Strike first to apply the AP buff. The only time you should ever judge first is Justice vs classes with speed boosts.

Also judging at 100% mana is a dumb move in most situations.

seal of marthyr/blood is the best for dps, I always use it for pure dps, but if you want to play it safe, I'd just go for Seal of Command. :)
