I havent seen the one with the cops but i was hoping to find the miracle one, ive seen this ad once but my partner doesnt believe that i saw it (i guess it was a miracle to see it :D)
There are three ads made with this wheel. This one, where the driver dies, one where it's a near miss, and the cops go after the driver, which is occasionally played, and one which I have only ever seen once, where the wheel only just passes Death and ends up on Miracle, which is a very fitting tiny sliver. I would love to see this one again, but I can only find the one where the driver is killed.
