the starting area has a space theme so you will be on an astroid you got 5 teleporters to bring you to other apps and for games you simply walk up to an arcade machine and gives you 10 built in games for each nintendo system once you select the game you want jump in the black hole below the main astriod and you will apear in the game.

If VR glasses are done right you would not be able to tell whether the hologram is really there or if its being placed there by your glasses.
