I was so inspired by this video. I listened to it twice. Jakes tells the truth when he says take what people say as a grain of sand. On my last job, I went through what he said. I got praise when I started because I knew my stuff and was a hard worker and months later the jealousy started and the same thing that they praise me for, they hated me for in the end. He preaches nothing but the truth.
