@Fazioenterprise Muscles look better on taller guys... but shorter guys are much stronger relative to body size. Just watch the short guys at your gym...
wow that is hard to do. you didnt loosen up for one second with your legs. damn. Ive never seen anyone go this long doing this. You really are strong.
@Fazioenterprise yea i tyed this today and only did 3 or 4 and my rear delts are really sore thanks for given us these great exersces cant wait to see what cool mass building exerisce you come up with next :)
wow this is really good frazio. You never seem unable to surprise me. Just wondering did you use any meathod other than practice every day to get that amazing endurence for your lats? I can never seem to increase my chinups or pullups, im always stuck at around 9 - 10 :(
@pkhamidar2com i only work each muscle group one time for the week... If you do a back workout you want to give those muscles a week to recover and rebuild. Train atleast 3 different pullup variations so muscles are being hit differently from different angles and grip... Also apply super slow reps, and very explosive reps on your exercises to recruit more muscle fiber.
@Fazioenterprise Hmm, im on this full body workout at the moment though. Its doing wonders for my legs. I do a circuit in this order. Pistol squats, chest dips, chinups, inverted rows, pushups, hanging leg raises on dip bars, glute ham raises. And i do that 3 sets twice a week. I tried doing split routine one muscle gruop a week but i didnt improve much at all, i got stuck at around 5 pullups or so for a long time. Since going full body i improved alot. However this is for me personally, i know
@Fazioenterprise i know that for you split routines probably work better. For my legs, ive increased from quater pitol squats to one handed assisted pistol squats so yea. But it seems i cant seem to increase alot for my back. For pullup variations, pullups, chinups and neutral grip pullups ar enough right?
i wish people would comment on my vids as much as yours :P.. great workout guess whos gunna try that tomorrow? Me thats who! great job buddy! By the way how tall are you? and your weight?
@dwoo15 hell ya bro.... its one of my favorite songs... i finally found a remix version on that site frank gave me so i could use it one here... :D holy diver
I've gotta ask...do you do anything to improve your gripping strength? Hanging on the bar that long requires a lot of strength in the wrists and hands just to hold on...as well as the rest of the arms. There are some people who have naturally strong grips. Anyways, great routine!
@StevenSWM mostly just from doing different back and bicep exercises on the pullup bar. I dont train the grip individually... Thanks for the feedback and watchin
@rmsolympic1 yes by swinging the L-sit to the opposite side will help turn your pullup angle, as well as give you a great ab workout at same time. Double check to see how i have one arm strait and one bent when i come down on each rep, thats what makes the move....
yes, because we all have on of those things in our basements.

Handeltasche 7 months ago
@Handeltasche umm height has nothing to do with being able to do this exercise.
Fazioenterprise 7 months ago 9
@Fazioenterprise sure, small + muscle= light, huge+muscle= more weight to pull up ;)....thats the reason why acrobats are not so big :)
Handeltasche 7 months ago
@Handeltasche height is not a variable in this exercise... training and practice is the variable... dont use excuses like height and weight....
