  • nice technology but get back to me when page turns take a max. of 100ms and it costs below 200$...

  • Will e-ink ever be able to do video, is it even possible?

  • @Blahdabbadoo Perhaps. Most PDF readers have a very slow processor with a very low clock-rate, hence the ugly transitions between pages in most, but I'd imagine it could be done, and likely will be done in time.

  • @Blahdabbadoo not sure about that, but have a look at the Pixel-Qi technology...its pretty close...there are a couple of tablets which implement it too...i.e. Adam & Ideos...

  • page turns are awfully slow...wouldn't want to read books on this

  • i dont like how the page turns and the glare on it its awful

  • @PGLATHENA for some reason, glare is much worse when recorded on camera. In real life, they don't reflect as much. I could be wrong though. I'm basing this from my Sony reader with e ink pearl display

  • It's not a deal breaker, but the name doesn't just roll off the tongue. Maybe they should change the name to Hands-on.

  • It seems to be a little bit too big to replace my kindle as an e-reader, but it looks like a cool device nonetheless.

  • nice!

  • first view!
