Lawyers agree, the best way to beat these camera tickets is throw them in the trash and ignore them, since they lack personal service of process by signature. In Knoxville Tennessee cops shoot redlight cameras with bullets, since caps hate being replaced by robocops.

The only time a camera was shot at was that guy in Broadway and I-640 with a shotgun, not cops.
