  • great vid but are you certified RKC or AKC? your cleans need a little work...

  • @rowanmf123 I'm not. It's merely for basic demo for what one can do for variety. The 10# KB is so light that I can't even do "clean" as I simply just "flipped" or "turned" the weight..

  • Carey, Great workout, but you kept using your right arm, which makes it hard to follow along since we have to do the other arm also.

  • How many times a week should you do the excercise?

  • This is a complementary workout routine to you other resistance training. You can alternate routine 1 and 2 on non-consecutive days.
