I learned these before kickflips lol. My bro learned kickflips before heelflips. Trying to teach someone a heelflip really isn't an easy thing to do. It's a simple trick, but, the person has to learn them themselves.

I've had these down for about 6 years now lol. I've tried teaching people, but, they never get it...I do them differant than most people though.

to heel flip just put the balls of your toes on the edge of the board somewhere behind the front bolts. the key is to make sure you flip after you pop and jump back a tiny bit when it flips and you should land bolts everytime
