Love Ritchie and Deep Purple- got this lp when I was 13- the only song I did not like was Hold On- later Ritchie called this a crap lp and left- did not like the funk- I think there was great songs on this record

@dudefromutopia this song was never an insturmental You need to hear it with the vocals. Once you hear it with the vocals you will come back to this just to hear all of the fantastic things going on by ritchie and the crew. I agree, if this is the only version you heard then it kinda sucks but with vocals it rocks.

Issued from a jam, the riff was already played by Blackmore on stage in the Burn tour,

this song is the following of "What´s wrong on here" with the same rock n´roll piano kind.

Guitar solo is poor and the Lord ´s on the album is much better.

Blackmore hated this song but it is not bad at all, just r´n roll.

I know ritchie was always less fond of this album cause of the funkiness emerging, and i agree with him cause i like their straight rock and roll better, but i gotta say, this album was better than i expected it to be. there's still plenty of rock and roll in it
