  • i saw this movie last nite it was amazing !!!! am soo glad i saw it ! : )

  • @milacrzy

i watch that every weekend nite. i just enjoy that

  • What the fuck is this? I mean, I've seen some really offensive Titanic movies, but I think this makes the top 5. Only someone with absolutely no knowledge or realization of the horrors people endured because of the sinking would enjoy this. This is disgustingly offensive.

  • Tempo is DRAGGGING during Barrett's entrance.

    And during Fleet and Bride's...

Pretty good sound from the Ensemble.

Jeeze guys, this tempo is TOO SLOW. You're standing there, when you should be bustling around getting on the Titanic.

Yeah. Tempo is painfully slow. Good sound from Actors and pit tho.

  • i am adicted to titanic the non musical but this is just dreadful in everyway

  • I am so excited to put on this show! It's going to be amazing, I know it.

  • We are putting on this show in November in Northwest England

  • i saw this ob broadway

  • Wow, a local high school did a production of Titanic: A New Musical. They did a great job and it was exciting. In this one its alnost like they know that they are going to die. The slowness is reminiscent of a dirge. The bellboy part is also supposed to add energy to the scene, and it is lost in the slow, dirge like singing. This production made cream into crap!

  • in campolindo?

  • What happens between Titanic The Musical - Opening Part 1 and Part 2 because it's missing a scence I think?

  • they NEED to speed this up!!!

  • I still can't believe they actually made a musical out of the Titanic

  • I have always liked this show, and now I am being drawn back into the Titanic story, with the death of the last survivor today (May 31, 2009)

  • @NHSActor me too... is the titanic musicalbeing shown anywere still today??

  • @tagcheeta1992 Not that I know of. The odd theater company may put it on everyso often, but it's not running on Broadway or the West End anymore.

  • @tagcheeta1992 It will be on the Liverpool Empire in early June 2012

  • Was this a school?

  • No an amatuer musical society.

  • @breathbad for amateurs they are good

  • harold bride whadda say?

Okay it was alright. Needed to be sped up and I'm sorry this is why I hate Microphones they are so static prone

  • It may be a bit slow but i think you did it fab. I mean i have seen some ammateur shows infact i have been in some and tbh they have destroyed the show totally i am liking the way you did this one. Wel done

  • Wow, I've been to a theater that looks like this! I saw a christmas carol there. and in the case of where the pit is---it's in the wings of the stage, just right behind the curtain.

  • absolute bollocks

  • omg so slow....

  • The Media Theatre did this as a play one year and I auditioned. I was already to be Benjamin Guggenheim but they gave it to someone else. Those bastards

  • wow this really sucked no offense especailly during the loading inventory, what the hell u guys arnt even moving, your supposed to be LOADING the ship

  • a bit slow.. but it ounds great..Wooo.. Titanic.. wicked cool musical!.. does anyone have the score for this?

  • yes if you would like i can send it to u, its for piano and voice

  • cool.. sure thanks...are there any scores u'd like as well.. i have a couple myself...

  • good god!!.. this place is crowded.. where is the pit?

  • yea seriously this is slowed down and drawn out...and there's barely any emotion in this at all. it sounds like you all didn't want to do this show. This show is amazing when you do it right, and devote yourself to it! and whoever doesn't like this musical doesn't have any taste in good music.

  • Müll!

  • they dont look very excited to be on the ship...

  • i did this show last year at whitley bay playhouse, had a great run it is one of the best show's i have been in for a long time...it is a very emotional production...cleaverly done by using a historic event and turning it in to a musical.....there was over 71 members in the cast....there is some great music in the show....... i like THE LATEST RAG. WE'LL MEET TOMORROW AND STILL although must of the music stays in your head. loved the part of alice beam ....would love to do it again someday..

  • does anyone know if there are any parts in this for teen girls?

  • You could be a Kate

Kate McGowan is the lead Kate

but the other 2 kates (Kate Murphey, and Kate Mullins)

all are fun and great part

    look up "lady's Maid"

  • also theres Madeline Astor, shes only 19

  • you go to west high dont you... i know how you feel...

  • The music is soooooo slowed down...

    I would have killed myself.

  • let's face it, the original musical was written for professional (broadway calibre) singers. while these guys are FAR better than I could ever claim to be (I have the world's worst singing voice) they are amatuers... they simply don't have the training in singing and breath control to handle the music at the tempo of the broadway show.

  • why is that Ismay looks like Inspector Clouseau??

  • i did titanic when i was in high school and i played quartermaster hittchens. that was 6 1/2 yrs ago

  • This is awesome..we did this musical at my school.. ad I miss it already :/ I was Officer Boxhall/3rd class passenger/Bandsman Percy Taylor :]

  • arse holes.. (directed at the below comments.)

I think it was great! as good as our ollege production!

  • I'm saying the same thing - please offer proof of these better projects because right now, I'm not inclined to believe any of them.

  • I never said this was bad at all

this was a great one, but from the video quality I can see some things a lot better done in our production, btw - about 1 week from now

still a few flaws, and i'll admit, when I made that comment below it was pre-blocking now its a bit tougher on stage but a great show nonetheless

Our bus boys/girls are amazing, didn't shine in this one, and the audience isn't at our feet. and Stevedore actually shouts and sings!

our kates and trio + 2nd class are better too

  • well, during our final rehearsal's in hell week we weren't sure whether or not it would turn out good

but it turned out to be an epic show, all 3 nights were great, we had light difficulties on the 2nd show. but all 3 shows were great, got huge ovations. And everything went really really well, the energy, acting, and minor details all made it a show to remember. I hope I get a copy, if I do I can put it up on youtube and share the amazingness with you all

  • Westhampton Beach '08 -Titanic COME-way better then this 1

  • ha, who is this from westhampton? This is kevin if you're wondering - Pitman

We definetly rehearsed the beginning scenes a lot better than that in our short period of time, but this was a great performance none the less, I like the way it transitions from the curtains to the ship, and barret/bride/fleet have good voices in the beginning

  • My cast of titanic is so much better

  • spread vowels but still good. my school is doing this for our spring production

  • us too haha.

    ;]

  • ditto. Can't wait...it's sad and funny and a bunch of other cool stuff at once. LOVE IT!

  • haha sweet!

im auditioning just for fun though.

im not really interrested in it, so

im just going to audition anyways,

and prolly go to a local theatre and find something im more familiar with,

plus i need to get away from school for a while hah.

    :D

  • I know...school theater is very limited

  • no kidding lol.

im begging my theatre teacher to do Little Shop Of Horrors next year lol.

    :]]

ive been dying to be in that play lol.

  • I was on the committee that decided on the school musical. Although I am freshman, I have teachers and friends in high places.. YEAH ME!!! Anyway...we looked at Little Shop of Horrors and it was apparently to graphic...I was dissappointed...

  • pfffft.

    its not too graphic lol.

    ;]

  • I thought this musical was amazing. It won the Tony for Best Musical but closed way too soon than it should have.

  • This is too slow. But Mr. Andrews you are a god.

  • thats a bit nasty

  • I was Jack Thayer in this... we had a much bigger set, with projections + stuff, this does bring back memories!

  • Speed started off normally, but got a lot too slow

  • could have been a lot better. seriously...they all just stood there in front of the curtain. it was very flat (AND SLOW!).

  • o'hara did this show his year, and i loved it very much, they did it better then this, no offense.

  • The musical is an absolute masterpiece, like the movie, but my high school also had a much better performance. I still enjoyed it

  • In my opinion "Loading Inventory" should be a bit faster, the bellboy should have a mic on in the number aswell. Otherwise I loved it!

  • my high school did this show, I would say it was about 50 times better than this. whoever the conductor was for this needs to learn how to not drag. This shouldn't be this long

  • good broadway show

  • Can email me?

  • Is this the actual play staging on NY? Dude, I want a copy of it!!!

  • this is like the video on like in a song

  • What year is this from?

  • PRetty good, but you dissapointed me at the end. I watched the whole thing looking forward to my favourite song in the opening act, First Class Roster. And YOU DIDN'T PLAY IT! That is a such a majestic song and surprasses all the other songs in this video. Why did you have to skip over that wonderful number!?

  • Bloody brilliant!!! I've been watching all the other clips on here but haven't commented on any yet, but figured I should. Really liking it! I love whoever it is that plays Alice Beane!!! This is very epic and you've pulled it off brilliantly!!! Where abouts are you situated?

  • Cheers for the posts. Alice will be so pleased to hear that! hanks.

  • You're welcome!!!

  • Probably the shoes she was wearing, LOL!!

  • why does Darlene look like Fred Barrett dragged her there against her will?

  • she had fallen out with me cuz i asked her to be quiet back stage.

  • I made a playlist with the videos. What a Remarkable Age and Dress in Your Pajamas in the Grand Salon are the only ones on the sound track that I think are missing. I think there's a song before inbetween... Right at the beginning of Act 2.

  • Glad you're enjoying it. Yeah I think a vast ammount of it is on now!

  • I'm slowly watching this entire musical! I'm not complaining mind you!

  • if you're in the western new york area, batavia is putting on the show this weekend
