yea mine use to be the same but i started stretching and it helps so much. stretch your wrists very well and start with something small like cartwheels to warm up but also stretch your arms i know it sounds wierd but when i stretched just my wrist they would still hurt. After a while your wrists will get built up and you wont have to warm up i do fulls without warming up now and it doesnt bother me at all and dont forget to stretch after you tumble, check out my other vids just updated a new 1!
i would like to but we do not have very good places to practice i live in a very small town with absoluely nothing in it lol but i am so glad someone if benifiting from my videos thats how i learned =)

Cool, youre double fulls are about the same as mine on sprung floor; you have lots of power in your backhandsprings!! I also liked the whip full; is it hard?? I can do whip arabian I am working up to full
Good job dude! Yu taught yourself everything!! I have ben in gymnastics/tumbling/cheer for 12 years and am still workin on some of thAt stuff

whip full was a little hard it put some strain on my back and form lacked but not too bad
