  • @dalefantom that maybe the case for muscle tissue. but it has been suggested that isometrics strengthens tendons and joints because of the static nature.

  • when i'm in the car here's what i do - take my left foot and place it to the left of the break pedal on the floor in front of me, and take my right foot and press it down as harddd on the gas pedal as i can, and hold that for.. well pretty much the whole time i'm on the highway.

    lol, but seriously, great vid. i would have never thought to do isometrics with the steering wheel XD
