What's with all the negativity? These are beautiful cars! It may not have a monster V8, but the horsepower to weight ratio is good, (only 1150 kilograms) and inline 6 is a great engine type. Also it offered the best performance for it's price at the time. And Charles Bronson drives a Commodore GS/E in the 1970 movie "Cold Sweat"

Third, It has more metal to it then 3 skylines together.

But 7.5 Litre Big Block is not usable for a longer period on the autobahn due to heat and coolant problems.

well you use a better fuel in Brazil...more ethanol. you use something close to pure ethanol. we use refined oil. that's why you have better combustion and more hp in a smaller engine. run that with American fuel and it'll be about the same as we have.

well most of USA Cars with V8 are not good for autobahn full throttle..try it with a Plymouth Barracuda these will fall apart driven more than 180 for some minutes,,revv them tro higher RPM and the valve rockers will crack...Opel inline 6 are better and even the american OHV inline 6 are better.
