It's a very simple paint scheme. Skull white undercoat, tentacle pink on hair and cloth, boltgun metal "armour" with badab black wash, and then purple wash all over the model. Then it's just to pick out the eyes, teeth and claws and do the base.
Washes are just fantastic, the skin are really just purple wash over skull white, but it looks kind of like I have highlighted and blended it.
