I love playing this song. But true, the Concert Master needs to lead. There are people sitting behind who seems to be playing better (i.e posture, bowing) but I think it also has to do with how big the group is together. That was a lot of cellos. That's awesome! I play the cello and bass and they sounded strong. I think too many violins. But that's just me.

Section Leaders should lead their orchestra section. The Concert Master first of all needs to get better posture, and second needs to make sure he's getting enough sound out of his section. Those little "scared" bowing won't help. Other than that it was pretty good. May need to work with the violinist in the back though.
