  • hey fitclub im getting insanity today do you have any tips im a bit nervous :)

  • @ozzyozzyozzy100 Get your nutrition right. That's the whole key to great results. Also, get a coach that's done the program and can help you make the necessary adjustments. infoATthefitclubnetworkDOTcom if you need help with that.

  • @ozzyozzyozzy100 how was the first week? :)

  • @Argcz it was pretty tough although the next days of the workouts my body isnt soar at all do you think I should push my self harder because from what ive heard people ache the next day thanks for any help man i apreciate

  • @ozzyozzyozzy100 my body wasn't soar either. It takes time to really dig deep, don't worry too much about it. Just keep pushing play and you will get great results ^_^

  • does it realy work im still skeptical about it please tell me

  • @collossus121 That really depends on your goals and the amount of time you have to dedicate to the program. Let me know what those are and I can give you some insight.

  • when do you do this workout it's not on the calendar. what do you replace with this

  • @kern417 Depends on your goals. There's no magic to the schedule. I'd start with your least favorite one. If you love them all, then probably Cardio Power & Resistance. Email me if you want more help. infoATthefitclubnetworkDOTcom.

  • 6 dislikes are by the people who are fat and lazy

  • @bassivity LOL.

  • how long is this workout?

  • @pauloschurings It's about 50 minutes +/-. Super fun workout.

  • wtf i thought it said in the ad that the insanity program only required your body only with no weights?

  • @monkeydude106 There no weights in the base pack for Insanity. This is part of the Deluxe pack. It has three workouts that come with it. This is the only one that uses weights. It's just a look at something different.

  • Hey,

How does the training works, do you do these workout everyday?

  • yes u do

  • Get his swell on?

  • how can get this DVD full set could you share that for Cambodia country?

    thanks in advance.

  • Wow. That was my problem, i wasnt getting enough sleep lol fuck!

  • actually the best way to see the results is having long hours of sleep, it is only during ur sleep that ur muscles regenerate and build up cause the truth is when u work out ur muscles actually break so u need the sleep in order to recover or u can have protein shakes but they dont do shit

  • @Killerwizbiz What are you on my friend, so little is actually known about sleep in general, what is enough and what isn't, 6 hours work for some, maybe less, your body is recovering all the time from the nutrition you give it, the benefit from sleep is the hormones that come with the REM phases, and those phases and how to maximize them is somewhat unknown of, there are even theories that by one 20 minute nap you activate it once and therefor you can get away with almost 2 hours less sleep

  • 3:15 'damn'

  • I'm impressed as at that girl in the video, most of the girls I know have crap upperbody strength

  • What are all the things you need for insanity?

  • ok tbh i did insanity and i really didnt see any results... idk why?? wat couldve gone wrong?? i sweated and busted my ass for sixty days and NOTHING =( i dug deeper and everything... idk why i lacked in results

  • @JOSEMusicPage What did you eat during that time period. It's 75% nutrition at least.

  • @thefitclubnetwork um well come to think of it... i lacked in protein =(((

  • @JOSEMusicPage Another way to look at this. If you lacked in protein you were either calorie deficient, or you had higher levels of carbs and/or fat. A diet that is too high in carbs is the most likely culprit. If you nailed your carb intake, then too few calories is the likely culprit. Happy to help you sort that out. infoATthefitclubnetworkDOTcom.

  • @JOSEMusicPage It does not matter what program you use, how hard you work if you eat like crap you will not get results.

  • @JOSEMusicPage You have to get enough sleep too. Nutrition is one thing but if you don't sleep you are super fucked.

  • Just a question.. are you not supposed to have rest days so your body can adapt to the training? Are the insanity workouts 60 days without stopping?

  • @doyle430 its 6 days with insanity and 1 day off :)

  • @doyle430 Insanity has a recovery week built in. I'm a big believer in the benefits of recovery, and it is very important. You do different workouts that week that are a little easier.

  • where i can buy that video

  • wait so there is two packages for insanity?

  • @assesino03 Yes. There is a Deluxe pack that has three extra workouts, including this one.

  • @thefitclubnetwork how much is the normal package and how much is the deluxe package?

  • anybody else think Rachel is hot?

  • does insanity work for someone who doesn't need to lose weight but wants to gain some muscle and cardio

  • @Bebopchiflow Absolutely. Keep in mind that this weight training vid is part of the Deluxe pack. It's not part of the base program. Insanity is super hard from a cardio perspective and you'll build explosive power.

  • @Bebopchiflow yes dude, is awesomee

  • @Bebopchiflow kinda.. it depends on how hard u push ur slef and how meny calorie u intake

  • @Bebopchiflow Insanity does not build you really heavy muscle mass, for that you need to hit the gym. Insanity only builds light muscle mass/frame. So you will look ripped, but not muscular.

  • @Bebopchiflow YES

  • i freaked out when i saw this cuz i have insanity too now i know its optional. which weights you need ?

  • @lessen1 That depends on you. Everyone is going to need different weights. I use 45's to 10's for this one.

  • The thing I like most about Insanity is that it doesn't REQUIRE equipment... but it's nice to see that there is an option for weight lifting in the program.

  • @RurouniHeart It's a monster workout too.

  • If someone has bad knees, would u recommend this work out??

  • @MzMyslynk Insanity or just this one workout from the program? This particular workout isn't too hard on the knees, but Insanity has a lot of jumping. I have a repaired ACL, and it got a lot better after I started working to strengthen the muscles around the knee. Now I can do what I want. I did P90X to accomplish that. It's all good now.

  • @MzMyslynk im on months two now started feeling some knee pain but after using a knee pad i didnt feel any pain at all. also drink lots of vita c cuz it also helps inflammatory joints. thats what i read at teambeachbody

  • Thanks for the post

  • hey how long is this one ?

  • @jkcshi About 50 mins. Just like the others.

  • o_o where is part 1

  • how do you order the deluxe package? im not seeing it on the beachbody site..

  • @jaredbrown27 Do you have a Team Beachbody account? I just checked and it is there. If not, go to wwwDOTazfitclubDOTcom and click "Shop". That will get you into where you can buy the Deluxe Pack or just the Deluxe workouts if you already have Insanity.

  • what could i use instead of a workout bench?

  • @babychris45 The floor or a chair. That's what I use when I'm at home. Not perfect, but it works.

  • I thought Insanity was without a gym??

  • @albanero This is a bonus workout that comes with the Deluxe pack. The rest of the Insanity DVD's do not require any equipment other than you and the floor. Shaun wanted people to have a look at what he does for weight training. it's one of my favorite workouts.

  • How long is the DVD workout? Did you replace a workout to do it, or do this as a second DVD for a few days a week? What is the best days to replace if it is a replacement? I think I would be able to do 2 in one day.

  • @jbryniar1 It is about 45 mins. Probably best used to replace cardio power and resistance. You could do 2 a days with it too. I'd do that on Pure Cardio day probably. It is really just designed to expand the library of workouts you have. Let me know if you are not working with a Coach. We Coach people for free and can help with the schedule.

  • i was wondering im a scrawny guy trying to

get some muscle mass..i made this p90x hybrid

with insanity..i was wondering if you could look at it

and tell me what you think about it..thanks..

  • @Huero082886 Sure. Send it over. daveATthefitclubnetworkDOTcom. I'm leaving Monday for a 2 week vacay to Europe so send it quick.

  • @thefitclubnetwork kul, its there

  • dude i had a question would it be

okay to do this workout after p90x

shoulders and arms same day? im thinking

bout purchasing the deluxe thanks bro

  • @Huero082886 That's probably overkill on the same day. This really is a chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, CARDIO type rotation. It's pretty hard. If you have a couple of hours and you are in great shape already, you could do it. Doing that is going to be too much for most people. There's a risk of injury as well. Again, if you are already super fit and looking to get elite, then sure.

  • is there a set calendar of what workout you should be doing after what day or do you choose which workout you want to do?

  • @rafizzle6 Not with the Deluxe workouts. They are add ons for you to mix in whenever you want. I can help you workup a schedule if you want. Shoot me an email daveATthefitclubnetworkDOTcom

  • Does anybody know if I could buy the deluxe disks separately???

  • @MarksAwesomeness Don't think so. Just the pack with all three DVD's.

  • we have p90x plus. now we want insanity plus! =)

  • @TerraRyzer Yeah, the Deluxe Pack is great.

  • i thought that commercial said that the Insanity doesnt need any equipment? is it all lies or something?

  • @stewiegriffen100 Yeah, it is all lies... Have just the slightest bit of faith. This is a workout in the Bonus pack. You don't need any weights for the base pack of Insanity. This was just an extra workout. Happens to be a great one. Insanity is hard enough without any weights.

  • @thefitclubnetwork well then i think i may try Insanity, my buddie might lend it to me :P he said its to hard for him, cause hes kind of big :P

  • @stewiegriffen100 Yeah, it is super hard. Probably the hardest workouts I've ever done. I did a 1/2 Ironman triathlon April 11th. Insanity is harder.

  • When can i do this trainning?

  • @FOLLABAMBAS Are you asking how to work this in with Insanity?

  • is there anyway to buy the extra dvds seperatley i bought insanity and thought i would not need these but now i want them!!!?

  • @wheredah0odat They are in the Deluxe pack. If you want to shoot me a message I'll give you more info. dave@thefitclubnetworkDOTcom

  • @thefitclubnetwork Hey man send me the info too.

I will buy this righ away. Please respond.

  • How do you do the chest presses and flys in the workout? I use a stability ball, do you have a bench?

  • I hit the floor my man. I'm buying a bosu that I might use for some of this stuff. Until then it is just me and the floor. I lose some range of motion, but it still works.

PS - Tony's camp was AWESOME this weekend.

  • How do you do chest flys on the floor?? Yeah I gotta get a Bosu too.

  • i thought for insanity you dint need any of the weightss i thought it was all own body weight stuff

  • This is a bonus workout with the Deluxe Pack. It is the only Insanity workout where you would need weights. I think they are trying to add some value and HOPEFULLY setting up a Shaun T. weight training series in the future.

  • Hey, I was able to get a copy of the extra 3 workouts from the deluxe package. I just dont know which days I should add the workouts into the schedule. Or should I wait until I complete my first round of Insanity to add the extra 3 deluxe workouts?

  • I would follow the complete program for 60 days. If you want to sub a few workouts, that's probably ok. Preview them and you'll get an idea of what to sub where. Once you are done, you can come up with your own schedule using the basic formula from Insanity.

  • How are you fitting all of these workouts into your regular Triathlon training? Do you do these workouts on the same days you are doing bike/swim/run days or on rest days?

  • I do two strength training days a week. At least one of them ends up being a double. Usually run/upper body strength with a ride the next day. The other is lower/core. Then I'll swim the next day. So, I alternate body parts. Tried upper strength, followed by a swim and it killed me. Then I do Yoga whenever I can or if I just feel too gassed to do a good hard tri workout. I'm sort of addicted. LOL. Checking out your channel now.

  • @thefitclubnetwork looks like you are doing really well. still a motivation. keep it up buddy.

  • I'm trying!
