just wondering if anyone can shed any light on a problem i have..i have a 93 superfour, it has lost it's spark but still turns over no problem, but i also noticed that the safety features have vanished,it now turns over when the side stand is down and when the clutch is not pulled in! whereas before it would not turn over cos of these supposed safety features..im really puzzled as to what the prob is..maybe generator? any info or help would be appreciated.
Anyone know what speedo drive from other honda bikes would fit the CLR125? the city fly wheel front wheel is 19inch, so should i only look at speedo drives from hondas with 19inch wheels? I cant find a CLR speedo drive anywhere!
had one for 4 years. Love it. Very fun, quick and practical bike. The only draw back to the bike is the high price tag (given the cc) and the relatively poor fuel efficiency compared with 600 cc bikes. I don't know why a 50 HP bike has half the horses of a 600 yet is only slighty more fuel efficient. This really puts the four in a tight spot between efficient 250s and fast 600s. The 400 is neither. It is light, nimble and more than enough power for city or twisty but neither a commuter or racer.
Just bought one of these in the UK (it was an import of course) and I love it! Fitting a BlueFlame exhaust enhanced the riding pleasure no end. Sounds awesome at full tilt.
Wow!I wish they'd import into the US. Honda keeps losing market share cause their range here sucks and they only want to sell Goldwings and Harley inspired knock-offs here with Harley prices. Leads most people to buy a harley. Sure you got Honda quality but if your the kind of person that wants a poseurmobile quality isn't on your list.
Lost their focus. When they do bring in a 919 or 599 they tend be so much higher than say a SV650 so while they are appreciated few can justify the prices.
Honda is bought by people which wish to take pleasure in trips, and харли девидсон who likes to twist each bolt and each nut before each trip. And still, it bike it is made for home market, and is on sale only there.
We've got some used models, here in Russia. It costs aprox 6-7 grands.

Wouldn't sell - It'll cost roughly as much as a CBR600, and Americans - like most folks - want the most displacement for the cash.
