Paintings, carvings, and sculptures of dinosaurs proves people saw them. There is a Stegosaurus carving at a Cambodian temple. Everyone likes to lead the evidence to the truth instead of letting the evidence lead you. Occam's razor, I'm open for speculation. You seem to think you have all the answers.
