I didn't think it was, but I just watched it again since it had been a while for me, too. Sadly, no, the scene I'm looking for is NOT in Silver War. There IS a falling in the water scene in that ep, but it's McGee and Ziva being pushed by one of the bad guys and falling into a fountain outside of a bank.

The scene I'm trying to find is Ducky and Ziva falling into a creek or river. Anyone who knows, please tell me! It's driving me crazy... well, crazier than I already am! LOL!! :) Thanks!
