If this clip is from Lapland (it seems for me it is) this must be filmed somewhere at the end of April. Somebody or -bodies was/were worried about sleds 'coz of the water?? That's a peat-land area, so no sand and crocodiles haven't waken yet (the safety issue) and at least slides get enough lubricant
