  • The stained-glass window of Jesus (I think) with His fingers in His ears is brilliant!!

  • There were no crap ones in The Goons. All wonderful performers. Good puppet though.

  • "He's crap one from the Goons" lol they got that bit right.

  • Who's this Harry Secombe person?

  • Episode 4 of Series 9 had No More Christmas Singles. Episode 5 had a song about charity and Episode 6 had a song called Loadsamusic about Nigel Kennedy. It seems increasingly unlikely they'll release Series 9 on DVD, but maybe they'll repeat it on Sky again.

  • mean spirited bollocks- he was the one from the Goons that wasn't a genius, not "crap".

  • @clarkgwent But then it wouldn't fit!

  • lol - superb!

  • An interesting coincedence - three series in a row end with a religious-themed song. Series 6 had My God, Series 7 had All Things Nice & Lucrative and Series 8 has the Harry Secombe song. Weird

  • Well at least I hope it wont hapen next series being it should end with "No More Christmas Singels".

  • I think the next series ends with Loadsamusic (Nigel Kennedy).

  • How sure are you?

  • @andrewscottuk I agree with you. Because the final episode of Series 9 broadcast on Dec 16, 1990
