very competitive fight. in the US this fight would be a draw tho i kinda think Geale hits behing the head a lot and got away with it. his last puches in every exchange is a right hand behind the head.... I could almost see Cortez, Bailey or Caiz jr taking points and D Geale loosing in a fight he could have won. Mundine would compete well with the Super Middleweights coz he's naturally a Sw and not a Middleweight, and is why he lost to Kessler.

Close fight but Mundine was clearly more skillful and the better fighter and better defense. More efficient punching and hurt Geale more. Geale threw more punches but too many of them missed.

u can say geale was robbed but it was such a close fight and soooo hard to score.

end of the day it was an awesome fight.

I think that fight couldve gone either way, no clear winner. I think it was a knockdown in round 9, and i also think that the tape issue slowed the match down significantly and affected the flow. The referee should be allowed to take a point off for that - it shouldnt happen 5 or 6 times.

I'm a mundine fan but I didn't like the way he refused and wouldn't stand beside the ref for the decision. Thats the arrogants that makes it hard for some people to like him! Top fight though

I think Barry Micheals has been treated unfairly. Sure he speaks highly of Mundine before and after the fight but during the fight he praised both guys equal and although his score card said Mundine won by 3 he said nearly all of them could have gone either way
