  • @iNigeria do whats in the video. add weight to ur ab work out some how and u will see them pop. trust me. and diet too. :)

  • nice equipment makes it alot easier if you have it and the space to do it. COOL ROPES :D

  • For hanging leg raises, should you hold the bar normal grip or reverse grip? I know he's holding normal, but for me it feels better reverse.

    do whatever is comfortable to you although you should probably use both to use all muscles to there potential

  • Awesome work Joe! Love how the core work inhibits breathing just like in a fight - times when you're in a clinch and you can't take full breaths! I have my lads do this type of work a lot. Nice job!!!

  • @ghsr82 Its like resisted sprinting for your upper body. Awesome way to condition without fatiguing the legs.
