Hey Im 15 years old and I have abs that show only when I flex hard. I want to really make them pop without having to flex too hard. I have a gym membership, what do you recommend? Thank you!

Awesome work Joe! Love how the core work inhibits breathing just like in a fight - times when you're in a clinch and you can't take full breaths! I have my lads do this type of work a lot. Nice job!!!

@iNigeria do whats in the video. add weight to ur ab work out some how and u will see them pop. trust me. and diet too. :)

For hanging leg raises, should you hold the bar normal grip or reverse grip? I know he's holding normal, but for me it feels better reverse.
