aww. Well you have to consider the fact that an actor like Zachary Quinto gets asked the same questions all the time. He may have also been slightly put off that the questions are basically all about the characters that he /acts/ not writes.
Anyway I'm sure an actor of his calibur gets tired of the same on the spot interviews all the time.
I thought he was really sweet with the kid interviewing him...He may have been a bit bored in the beginning, but when he realized the interviewer was actually putting some thought into analyzing Sylar, he reciprocated... And I thought it was nice that he also acknowledged the interviewer's efforts: "You've studied Jung, haven't you? I can tell... Have a great night."
I agree. Quinto wasn't rude at all. He was sweet & tolerant. If you watch his interviews, 99% of the interviewers are not as bright as he. He expects it and has a good time in spite of this. But here, he was pleased that the interviewer had something valid to say. The kid missed it on the daddy issues, but Quinto appreciated the other thoughts. This is complimentary. I hope the interviewer got it. It's obvious when you watch.
Yes, he may have been bored out of his mind and I love him to death but this isn't the first time I've seen him be a little sarcastic with people. Also, I can see it could be all in good fun but I feel like I have to say this though. If I was that guy I would feel like crying. Yes, too sensitive. That's me. lol!
