I actually advise not buying stuff through ALT.

They fucked me over really badly, and gave me TERRIBLE customer support..

They make popular forums delete posts talking negatively about ALT, literally every big forum will delete your post within 24 hours if you speak badly of ALT. One time there was 2 days where a 6 page thread was created with many people confessing their problems. Ended up getting deleted as soon as a mod saw it..

Fuck ALT!

@PulseAndrew I'm sorry to hear that. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the people down at ALT. Have made at least 15-20 orders from them and they never has one come late, broken, or been anything other than what I expected. I recommend giving them another chance, I'm sure they'll make it right. They are the only place I know of that is on board with the MMJ aspect of glass and their concentrate utensil selection can't be matched.

@TokeDaddySlim Yeah I've had some good orders with them too. But they sell a lot of flawed glass and hide the flaws in the pictures so you get the item and you're like wtf? Someone got a 4 grand piece and it was scratched to hell and had a really huge hairline crack. Similar things to a lot of people, little hairline cracks or really big flaws that should be noted. I guess for general mass produced pieces it's great but seeing a piece in person for something more is a must in my opinion.
