do not use oil that the restaurent put salt on they patatos to close to the oil if salt is put in the oil will salting the fries it will give of toxic gas ,you cant take out salt out of oil !

TOA: Take a pair of jeans, cinch off the legs, hang it over a barrel or some bucket, fill the jeans up with oil, and fill it up and watch it filter. Simple as pie. Filter it through a fuel filter right before you put it in your tank.

i live in france i do this with my car however in france it is illegal to run on vege oil because of a taxation problem the dont like people running for free but who cares

I know a lot of people are doing it without telling the Govt but it's chancey as if you get caught they'll take you to caught.....that having been said in over twenty years on the road I've only been stopped once and that was for doing a right turn at a no right turn junction....and they didn't check the boot/trunk.
