he looks to be a older beagle or beagle mix. these dogs do tend to get over weight quickly. you can feed them 1 cup a day but if you dont exersize them there going to gain weight!! the dog looks a little over weight but no to bad!! :)

This is how it is. The dog is a bit overweight, and it has some extra energy. Take it for an hour long walk every day. Then it will get calmer. And some info for the other peoples, dog should be in a leach OR surrounded bye some kind of fence. They have nothing against it if you train them the right way. And it's better to have them under control instead of letting them run a round on the streets. They will probably get in trouble after some time.

There is nothing wrong with the dog. He was put on a leash for approximately 10 minutes so he wouldn't get in the way of a car that was being moved. He simply wanted to be let loose.
