@TheKarter23 If it doesnt spawn: Drive south along the way and around then drive over the grass and stop by the wall to the parking lot beside the place where the Benson is then jump over and it should have spawned. Drive around to say.

I found a soultan RS on the side of the road, and once I was driving it, there were like 5 more parked a few blocks away in all different colours.
