Here's an idea: try attaching some kind of packet/baggy (like a plastic wrap materiel) and maybe support it with some weight and fill it with ketchup (for a splat) or a runny red liguid (for a bleed/splat effect). Then chuck it off the roof or run it over. Messyyy!!! lol

me and my friend made one of these and we attached the head by taking the cardboard cylinder that the duct tape was on as the neck and ten just wrapped duct tape around it all

lots and LOTS of ductape. when we found a hole, we rapped ductaped all around it. thats why are dummy is more stiff and life like than some of the "floppier" ones i've seen

go to a beauty supply store and they have styrophoam heads. also there is great tutorial on instructables how to make heads out of ducttape and cardboard

thanxs 4 commenting. basically, we had a little flagpole that we shoved up his shirt and pants. the flagpole was just 2 peices of wood nailed together to make an X for the stand. then we drilled a hole in the middle and put a wooden broom pole throug it
