i hear ya there.. for me its like taking care of my granddaughter from her birth she is 2 1/2yrs old now i have been away from her since feb.. and now she is adopted to her other grandma and grandpa..her last name changed i went to court for my granddaughter 4 times my daughter showed up 1...out of 4.. but i guess now im free...

Lana your a strong woman, and I am praying for you and your husband. I would drag my husband all over the world and back if he ever got sick to get him well. You really never know how strong you are untill strong is all you have left. I learned that while my husband was gone with the military. You have such a kind sprit about you that I love, and you don't find that kind of sprit anymore.

have not followed you in a while but just want to encourage you. cancer does not mean a death sentence. i am a 6 year survivor of esophageal cancer and was originally given a 3 percent chance of survival. it has been a long and difficult battle but i am finally thriving again. there is hope dear lana.

Lana, I am so glad to see your beautiful, optimistic self again. My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 (melamoma) cancer and given only 6 months to live-that was about 10 years ago. Then she got breast cancer and that was about 6 years ago. She is still alive and well. Only God knows are fate and only we know how to ask for miracles and to believe in them with all we have. have not followed you in a while but just want to encourage you. cancer does not mean a death sentence. i am a 6 year survivor of esophageal cancer and was originally given a 3 percent chance of survival. it has been a long and difficult battle but i am finally thriving again. there is hope dear lana.

Lana, I am so glad to see your beautiful, optimistic self again. My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 (melamoma) cancer and given only 6 months to live-that was about 10 years ago. Then she got breast cancer and that was about 6 years ago. She is still alive and well. Only God knows are fate and only we know how to ask for miracles and to believe in them with all we have. God bless you and your husband. You are both in my prayers.

La na, I wanted to tell you that the body is very strong, my dad had 4 different kinds of cancer the first was colorrector and he was suppose to only live 5 years, well he lived 25 more years. God bless u both. My husband is deployed (attached 2 the unit who went down w/ the Seals a month ago). It has been very difficult. Everyday I hold my breath until I hear from him that he's made it another day. So - I just say that bcuz your video reminds me there's a lot of ppl in different difficult situations, holding their breath too. We are just plugging away w/ our spouse & I understand the mindset that we won't quit bcuz the only way forward is through. xoxo

Lana, I'm so happy to hear your husband is doing better! My husband has been in remission for 15 months now. Every day is a blessing and I thank the universe for every second of life we have together. Lana, you have every right to be emotional. You both are so blessed to have each other. My family and I have read every word and prayed and cried with you and for you both. My daughter and I take time out every time you write in your blog to sit together and read about your journey. We cry and laugh and hold hands and just send all our love to you. *hugs* Laina doll, you are a VERY strong person. I'm so glad we all helped in some way. My uncles terminal now and is due the G Tube in a few days time. He keeps asking for a drink etc but he'd choke if he did. They tried to give him this thickened drink thing and he loved it but he has diabetes too :/ so the sugar content is no good for him. He'll be going in a home soon, it's amazing that you have a love like this :) xxxxxxxxxxxx
