Help! ..if the blades of a helicopter pull it up when it's the right way up...Then why dont they pull it down and make it crash when it's upside down? ...It's buggging me LOL....great vid 5****...Mel

I don't know all the right words for it. but it is the tilt on the blades. They kind of twist at the center. When it starts up it goes up to take off RPM with flat blades flat. When the right RPM is reached they twist the blades more and it takes off. The RPM stay the same it is how much twist you put in that make it go up or down. Not by speeding the motors RPM up or down it stays the same pretty much. I hope that helps Mel. Next time I shoot some I will try to explain it better. Thanks!!!

Hey, to answer your question. The pilot has a switch on the controller that reverses the angle of the blades otherwise known as collective pitch. Instead of peing at a positive pitch they are at a negative thus creating lift in the other direction. :)
