wow, check it out, he's actually working up a sweat! I go to the gym lift baby weights compared to everybody else but when I look around afterwards I am the only one in the place pouring sweat. I see all these other guys lifting huge weights taking 5 minutes between sets and they are as dry as a bone. I've never understood this. It is good to see a former world champion actually sweating.
Watch the last 30 seconds. That's all true. Dude would do LEGIT squats over 700 for reps and incline 500 for reps(those videos are online). They are laughing he never trained shoulders and he still had the best crab shot ever, haha. These 8 weeks have been awesome. Thanks Kevin!
