@ARTBOO and the reason why they had to install hydraulics is because of the "Lay It Low" law it means no car can dip below the rim because it can fuck up the pavement and most lowriders aren't street legal and they used to and i think they still do but they measure how low the car is and if they don't have hydraulics the car could get impounded so the hydraulics are used to obviously lift up the car so they can't get in trouble
