My girlfriend & I just got back from there 2 days ago! We also did Angels Landing! Super awesome. Hiking boots & walking sticks are not necessarily a must for the Narrows but... If you don't care if your gym shoes getting wet, then you'll be fine. I wished i had a walking stick. Their were many times I almost ate it tripping over big cobblestone rocks and they're kind of slippery. You'll definitely be walking really slow just to keep your balance and waiting for other people to move forward
Isn't this dangerous. You always hear about flash floods in the news. It could be a perfect sunny day where you are, but the water could come from hundreds of miles away where it is raining.
I've hiked the entire thing from the top down which is about 16 miles if i remember correctly. You actually start on some guys farm and walk down into the river Bed. Its an awesome hike that can be a little rough at times if you dont have a good walking stick to help with the rocks.
Looks like a pain in the ass, I'll stick with Wire Pass

Great video, thanks for adding it. I'm ashamed to admit how long it has been since I've been to Zion. Maybe this summer.

@kokomangoe Don't be so paronoid, just know your surroundings and the weather report and have a great sight seeing time of your life.
