@808Kim. Not so fast. The booklet that comes with any brand new titian states that the design studio is right here in the usa and it was designed here. The only thing truly Japanese about it is the company name. For the record it has parts made in Mexico and Canada too. (head and tail lamps) I would rather buy something built here with a Japanese name then an American name built elsewhere. If you think my info is incorrect then by all means call Nissan corporate to verify.

There hasn't been a new model Titan beacuse there working with Cummings to make a small turbo disel in the Titan that will get over 30 miles to the gallon while still having over 300h.p

@fx4ranger the big 3 have all redesigned their trucks how many times in the past six years? I think it may be about 2 or 3 per brand if not more. Yet the Titan held its own n competed over those years with little change. When the next model Titan comes out its gonna send the big 3 back to the drawing boards for another 5-6 years

The Titan obviously isnt muddy because it cant handle what a Dodge, Chevy, or a Ford can. Titans are the only truck worse than a Toyota Tundra which recieved below average reliability ratings in 2007 by consumer reviews for tailgates buckling and popping open due to poor build quality. Titans no longer compete with the big three because they are so far behind in design, h.p and torque due to no changes to the Titan since 06. F-150 ecoboost destroys all in the midsize truck market

Titan might be made in America but it is designed and engineered in Japan by Japanese. So if a chevy is built in Mexico which btw some are not all Chevrolet are built in Detroit, does it make it Mexican.
