(the same price the U.S. navy is spending to have theirs removed). If they won't pay me I'll paint my backyard white around it and put red tiles on the edges.

Focus on the two buildings to the southwest of the swastika building.
They were built at the same time (about 40 years ago) and they are meant to be fighter planes attacking the swastika (or the Nazis).
This whole thing was built by the U.S. Government as a symbolic gesture of "we kicked Hitler's ass."

note that right next to the SWASTIKA are 2 IRON CROSS buildings. Hitler had 1 iron cross and one swastika.
