I have a Maine Coon (She's a mix with an American Curl, but she doesn't have curled ears.), she's only about 2 - 3 kg and she's about 3 years old. I'm not too surprised though as she's a mix. But it doesn't matter as long as she makes a good companion. :)

I myself have a cat that's almost the size of a small boxer. But my neighboor had one. or rather his parents did. that was "at least" the length of the cat shown here and a bit higher standing on all 4. I've seen the picture and it was huge being a norwegian forest cat. according to my neighboor it grew unhealthy. needed diets, a few operations removing one eye because of inflammation. and it still hunted rabbits and hares for breakfast, supper and dinner XD

Awe! My cat Mouse is shaped like a bolling ball. Her head is big but her neck is so short it tuckes into her body which is disturbingly fat and her paws and tail are so tiny you can barly see them. Seriously her body is huge but her paws are the size of a bottle cap. It's sad but her diet hasn't been working. :( We still love her and we love Mitzi! :D
