This is actually what I was hoping the Looney Tunes Show that was released last Summer was going to look like, instead it became a weird low budget show that has nothing to do with Looney Tunes. So what I'm trying to say out of all this, is that you should have been the head leader of that project

I liked it. It had the feeling and humor of a traditional Bugs & Daffy cartoon. Sure, the flash animation was slightly distracting at first, but once you just watched, you kinda were able to ignore it because it still had the same spirit of humor and cartoon violence the orignals had. So, like I said: I liked it.

Just look at the frame rate. An average Japanese animation has more frames than this. And Japanese animation is often criticized for low frame rate. You'd think a licensed cartoon would have professional animation. This is obviously made by one guy with a home PC.

Well what files do you suppose Flash Player plays, and what program is used to create them?

Now, could you take a look at the frame rate for a minute? Professional animations are much smoother. Also, the resolution is pretty low. See the jagged lines? This picture isn't compressed. This is the actual canvas size it was made in.

And I doubt you need any professional programs, unless your going for full blown CGI. All you need is experience, and any personal use software is sufficient
