Deepali Wattal is a Kashmiri and not a Dogra, though she is singing a Dogri song. And the looks of the Dogras depends on their castes. The Brahmin and Rajput Dogras often look like the Kashmiris. The other caste within the Dogras do not....Anyway, Dogri culture is similar to Punjabi culture and Azad Kashmiri culture and has next to nothing in common with Kashmiri culture. Kashmiri culture is a confluence of Rig-Vedic, Buddhist, Persian, Sufi and Central Asian and is very unique.
