The dressing looks fantastic, tons of pepper flakes as I like! Beautiful dish, very delicious and simple!
Pimentos would be awesome. Not only would they be tasty, they would also add a burst of color and a good dose of Vitamin C to the dish. Thanks for the idea.

@slolita1 I love Garbanzos too. This was probably the easiest thing I made all month but it was still a pretty good lunch.
