Who's the guy at 0:25:00 ? The racial divide, bigot! All about blacks with him? what about the american indians, or asian workers of the rail roads in the north west? If he wants to bring history of centuries ago, start with american indians.

With the trend being, unless policies tickle the fancies of the people in control of the lobbyist, amongst the others @ DC, nothing will be done. As with health care, in other countries that show working systems in use for many decades, they have also done the same with poverty. So I don't see the need to work so hard on policies, as much as political reform, no?
