  • For me, GOLDFINGER is THE quintessential James Bond 007 flick.

I would like to hear about the authenticity of the jet airplane fight scene after the air pressure goes haywire. Is that about what would happen, folks?

    Scientists, engineers, I'm all ears.

  • now i remember this back when i was a little kid....thanks for bringing it back

  • effective as codine, but not narcotic!

  • @yourlineofire

    I love that line LOL!!

  • Yes and if your intelligence were halfway decent you would know that IQ test are not completely accurate or precise. Don't even try to argue over the internet about that subject, because their are a multitude of different IQ tests and we don't have any clue about the conditions of your test or what test it was(we also don't care). Do us a favor and don't post ridiculously off topic things on video's.

  • can i have my hat back please?

  • aha!

  • one ofr my favourite commercials of all time

  • You think showing up in a cough medicine commercial is one of Oddjob's odd jobs? :P

  • Ugh... lame! :-P Okay, you got a chuckle out of me.

  • Lol, I know it was lame. That was the point. :D

  • @TheAverageGuyTAG

    Ha !!!

    :-)

  • Best ever!

  • wait! is that his old lady or his mommy? :O

  • not narcotic? well SCREW that! :D

  • Vicks 44 worked good!

  • Yea it did!

  • it worked WELL.

  • Just find this out on Wikipedia: Harold Sakata, silver medalist 1948 Olympic Games, light-heavy weight division.

  • At the time he appeared in Goldfinger, Sakata, who was only 5'8" weighted 280lbs. I thought he was ENTIRELY believeable as a nearly indestructable warrior. During WWII Ian Fleming knew an officer named Patrick Delzel-Job ho risked a court-martial to evacuate Norwegian civilians from Narvik. He might have gone to prison but for the King of Norway giving him that country's highest decoration.

  • @kentamitchell Sakata was a silver medalist in weightlifting at the '48 Olympics - perfectly cast as Oddjob!

  • This guy Sakata, looks like he could bench a pretty good amount.

  • He lifted 418kg in the 1948 Summer Olympics.

  • Those children groping him in the begining certainly set the tone for this commercial...

  • that was just what they did in those days

  • Lol !

    :D
