  • Hi DiGoGo09! I eat normally like everyone else. Well, not completely like everyone else since I don't typically eat meat. But I eat a lot of chicken and pasta. I drink the ORAC Shake every morning and usually have it with 2 slices of toast. I prefer whole grain breads for the extra fiber which helps to slow down the carbohydrate absorption and stabilize blood sugars. This also makes it last longer with more consistent energy. Protein and complex carbohydrates will help sustain energy.

  • so what do you eat during the rest of the day? i play lots of basketball, so what would i need to eat if i played ball 3-4 hours everyday?
